Who We Are

Verba Land is an independent land agency and consultancy operating across the South East of England, founded by Andrii Andreiko.

With close to twenty years of experience in the land and property industry, Andrii began his career in Ukraine, where he built a deep understanding of land transactions, development opportunities and client advisory work. When the war erupted in 2022, he relocated to the United Kingdom, determined to continue the career he is passionate about.

Since arriving in the UK, Andrii has worked as a land agent with a well-respected regional housebuilder, sourcing and appraising development sites across the South East. He then moved into the role of New Business Manager with a land agency in the South East, further broadening his network and market expertise.

The time came to set off on a new journey. Verba Land was established to bring that wealth of experience together under an independent, client-focused practice — one that puts personal service, honest advice, and real results at the heart of everything we do.

Based in Cranleigh, Surrey, we specialise in strategic land promotion, development land sourcing, land valuation, tendering, sales and acquisitions, and new homes. Every client receives direct access to an experienced professional — from the very first conversation through to completion.
